Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager who can work remotely to take ownership of both technical delivery and engineering team management. The candidate should be a strong hands-on technologist with proven experience managing a technical group and delivering products in a USA-based product company.

The role requires someone who can work closely with US stakeholders, understand product requirements, make sound technical decisions and actively contribute to development when required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a group of software engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring and delivery ownership.

- Own the complete delivery lifecycle, from requirements and technical planning through development, testing, release and production support.

- Remain hands-on technically with coding, architecture, debugging, code reviews and solving complex technical issues.

- Design and develop scalable applications using PHP, Laravel, React and MySQL.

- Drive technical architecture, coding standards, performance, scalability, security and engineering best practices.

- Work closely with US-based Product and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead the integration and adoption of AI/GenAI capabilities into products and engineering processes.

- Evaluate and implement technologies such as LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, MCP, AI Agents and automation where applicable.

- Monitor delivery progress, identify technical risks and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.

- Conduct code and architecture reviews and maintain high engineering quality across the group.

- Mentor engineers, develop technical talent and establish a culture of ownership and accountability.

- Participate in technical discussions, product planning, estimation and strategic engineering decisions.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Minimum 10 to maximum 15 years of overall software engineering experience.

- Proven experience in a Technical Delivery Manager / Engineering Manager / Technical Manager or similar senior technical leadership role.

- Mandatory: Previous experience working in a USA-based product company.
