Senior Technical Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Integration

Job Description :

- 7.5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Integration experience (mandatory)

- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integrations

- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI and integration development

- Knowledge of OData, SFAPI, SOAP, REST APIs, and web services

- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and interface development

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions

- Someone who can act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), make technical decisions, and guide the team

- Experience working in an Agile environment

- Good communication and collaboration with multiple teams

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations

- Experience designing and supporting enterprise HR integrations

- Leadership or mentoring experience

- Ability to own integration solutions from development through production support
