Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, resilient, and high-performance cloud-native systems

- Scale platforms to support 100K+ users with strong reliability and availability metrics

- Lead system design from MVP to full-scale enterprise deployment

- Translate business and consumer requirements into robust architectural blueprints

- Own end-to-end SDLC visibility - from discovery and requirements to release, testing, monitoring, and optimization

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Engineering teams.

- Establish best practices for distributed systems, microservices, observability, and DevSecOps

- Drive performance engineering, scalability planning, and cost optimization

- Mentor engineering teams and lead architecture governance

- Build with a consumer-first mindset - deeply understand how users interact with the product

- Ensure architectural decisions directly improve usability, performance, and reliability

- Translate customer pain points into scalable technical solutions

Experience & Qualifications :

- 8-15 years of experience in software engineering with strong cloud architecture exposure

- Proven experience designing distributed systems and scaling platforms beyond 100K users

- Hands-on expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP

- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

- Experience building enterprise-grade products for large-scale or Fortune 500 environments

- Strong understanding of performance engineering, reliability frameworks, and monitoring

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
