We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sybase DBA to join our team and support large-scale, mission-critical banking environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge in Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, replication technologies, database architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and optimize Sybase ASE across production and non-production environments

- Architect and implement advanced Sybase database platforms

- Configure and manage replication, synchronization, and data distribution

- Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and proactive monitoring

- Handle upgrades, patches, backups, and recovery procedures

- Provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical banking systems

- Collaborate with clients and internal technical teams for issue resolution and environment enhancements

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8- 10 years total experience

- 5+ years dedicated Sybase DBA experience

- Strong expertise in ASE administration, replication, and performance tuning

- Experience in the Banking/BFSI domain preferred
