Role Overview :

As an SQL Developer at The Digital Group Infotech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server databases and related applications. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, application developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable database solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our critical business systems, ensuring data integrity and availability for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement database solutions based on business requirements, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application functionality.

- Hands on experience of Transact SQL utilizing SQL Server 2016,2017.

- Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, tuning queries, and implementing indexing strategies.

- Collaborate with application developers to integrate database solutions with front-end applications.

- Perform data modeling and database design activities, including creating and maintaining data dictionaries and ER diagrams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data accuracy.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data models, schemas, and procedures.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases.

- Proven expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

- Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and application developers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in Pune, anywhere in India.
