Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced o9 IBP Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining tenant architecture, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and driving end-to-end implementation across supply chain planning processes.

This role requires a strong techno-functional expert with hands-on experience in o9 IBP and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, design, and own the o9 IBP tenant architecture, including data models, hierarchies, integrations, and security frameworks

- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical o9 IBP configurations

- Configure and enable key IBP processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Product Review

- Drive forecasting, scenario planning, and consensus-based planning workflows

- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance standards

- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks

- Lead the complete implementation lifecycle including Blueprinting, Build, UAT, and Deployment

- Establish and enforce architecture governance, standards, and best practices

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams

- Act as the primary SME and point of contact for IBP architecture-related discussions with stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or Advanced Planning Systems

- Proven hands-on experience with o9 IBP platform, including at least one end-to-end implementation

Strong expertise :

- IBP Tenant Architecture and Solution Design

- Data modeling, hierarchies, measures, and planning BOMs

- Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning processes

- Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations

Strong understanding :

- Forecasting techniques and scenario planning

- Performance optimization and handling large datasets

- Security roles, access controls, and governance

- Ability to work in a techno-functional role, bridging business and IT teams

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with other planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder

- Exposure to complex, global supply chain environments

- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles
