Zoho Developer L2 - Job Description :

Role Purpose :

Zoho Developer L2 will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of solutions across the entire Zoho suite applications.

Core Technical Responsibilities :

- Customization and Development of solutions within Zoho suite applications (CRM, Forms, Commerce, Notebook, Flow, Projects, Survey, Campaigns, RoutiQ and other Zoho suite tools to meet specific business needs.

- Deluge Scripting and Automation : Write and optimize complex Deluge scripts, custom functions, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance functionality.

- System Integration : Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems using APls, webhooks, and other web services.

- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, map process flows, and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.

- Reporting and Documentation : Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics, as well as develop technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

- Strong expertise in Deluge scripting is essential.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience with APls and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Certifications : Zoho certifications (e.g, Zoho CRM Certified Developer) is preferred.
