We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect to join our Product Engineering team. This role requires a strong backend engineer with a product mindset, deep technical expertise, and experience in building high-scale consumer-facing (B2C) platforms.

You will be responsible for designing scalable systems, leading architectural decisions, and delivering high-performance, user-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python (mandatory) and Java (Spring Boot).

- Architect and implement microservices-based architecture and event-driven systems.

- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines and distributed systems.

- Lead technical decisions around cloud infrastructure, system design, and observability.

- Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews and architecture discussions.

- Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development (mandatory).

- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in scalable system design.

- Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.

- Experience building high-scale B2C or consumer-facing platforms.

- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

Full-Stack Awareness :

- Basic proficiency in ReactJS for dashboards or internal tools.

- Understanding of frontend-backend integration and API consumption.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AI-driven systems, Agentic workflows, or intelligent automation.

- Exposure to building real-time, high-performance applications.

- Prior experience working on consumer-scale products from scratch.
