Job Title : Software Engineer (PHP + Python + Gen AI)

Experience : 5 - 10 Years (Minimum 4 years relevant)

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in PHP and Python development, along with hands-on experience in Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing coding productivity, leveraging Gen AI for code generation, optimization, and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using PHP frameworks

- Build scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)

- Develop and consume REST APIs & microservices

Integrate Generative AI solutions such as :

1. Chatbots & AI assistants

2. Content generation & summarization

3. AI-powered search and recommendation systems

Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude) and implement :

1. Prompt engineering

2. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

3. Embeddings & vector databases

4. Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and delivery

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Key Requirements :

- Candidate must have worked on PHP + Python + Gen AI in recent projects

- Old/2+ years outdated experience will not be considered

Hands-on experience with :

1. PHP + Laravel

2. Python + FastAPI

3. Gen AI implementations (real use cases)

4. React JS (basic to intermediate)

Mandatory Skills :

Backend & Full Stack :

- Strong experience in PHP (5+ years)

- Hands-on with frameworks: Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter

- Strong experience in Python (5+ years)

- Hands-on with FastAPI / Django / Flask

- Experience with REST APIs & microservices architecture

Frontend :

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Experience with React JS (preferred) or Angular/Vue

- Ability to handle frontend integration and debugging

Generative AI (Critical) :

- 2+ years hands-on experience in Gen AI

- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Claude)

Strong understanding of :

1. Prompt Engineering

2. Embeddings & Vector Databases

3. RAG-based solutions

4. Experience integrating AI APIs into applications

Databases & Cloud :

- Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases

- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)

Good to Have :

- Experience in AI governance & security

- Knowledge of DevOps practices

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- Prior exposure to enterprise or customer-facing applications
