Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Golang backend development, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang

- Build and manage RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services

Microservices Architecture :

- Develop and maintain microservices-based systems ensuring scalability and reliability

- Handle service decomposition and inter-service communication

Cloud & Deployment :

- Design, deploy, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS)

- Containerize applications using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines

System Design & Performance :

- Participate in system design discussions with a focus on scalability and performance

- Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and reliability

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product teams

- Contribute to code reviews and enforce coding standards

Monitoring & Maintenance :

- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams

- Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 3 to 5 years of backend development experience

- Strong proficiency in Golang

- Experience with microservices and distributed systems

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

- Experience building REST APIs or gRPC services

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git

- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS)

- Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ

- Exposure to system design and high-scale architecture

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
