Job Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-powered applications with a focus on Gen AI, NLP, and LLMs

- Implement and fine-tune deep learning models for use cases such as text generation, summarization, and semantic search

- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions

- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI, transformers, and large-scale model training

- Optimize model performance and inference efficiency in production environments

- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality features with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

- Hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying models in real-world applications

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
