We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SSE) - AI with 7+ years of experience in building scalable AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AWS, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI-based applications with a focus on scalability and performance

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs

- Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.) into enterprise applications

- Implement and manage AI workloads on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, Bedrock, SageMaker, EKS)

- Optimize prompt engineering, model inference, and response accuracy

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps teams

- Ensure best practices for security, monitoring, logging, and cost optimization

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of software development experience with strong fundamentals

- Expert-level Python programming experience

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs

- Strong experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions

Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services, including :

- EC2, S3, Lambda

- SageMaker / Bedrock

- IAM, CloudWatch, VPC

- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch, Chroma)

- Knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes

- Knowledge of MLOps practices

- Exposure to multi-agent AI systems

- Experience working with streaming data or real-time AI systems

- Familiarity with frontend integration (React, Next.js)
