Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer at Avalamb Services, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to build and maintain our core platform and client-facing applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our technology roadmap and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that directly contribute to our clients' success and Avalamb's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable software components using Java, Python, and FastAPI to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using DevOps principles and AWS services to ensure rapid and reliable software releases.

- Build and deploy ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load large datasets for use in ML model training and inference, supporting our data science initiatives.

- Develop and deploy ML models using Python and related libraries, working closely with data scientists to optimize model performance and accuracy.

- Contribute to the development of frontend applications using modern frameworks like Redux to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability across the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.

- Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions using Java, Python, and FastAPI.

- Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience with building and deploying ML models using Python and related libraries.

- Proficiency in frontend development using modern frameworks like React or Angular, with experience using Redux for state management.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
