Work Schedule : 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of the technical development stream for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and enhancements.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports within D365 F&O.

- Develop solutions using X++, following Microsoft's recommended extensibility and development practices.

- Build and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and external or enterprise applications using APIs, Data Entities, OData, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.

- Develop and customize D365 F&O components including forms, tables, classes, data entities, and reports.

- Design and develop reporting solutions using SSRS.

- Participate in technical design discussions and evaluate functional and technical requirements to determine appropriate solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards, coding practices, scalability, security, and performance requirements are maintained.

- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to other developers and contribute to the organization's Dynamics 365 Centre of Excellence.

- Support data migration activities associated with transformation and implementation programs.

- Manage D365 F&O environments, deployments, configurations, diagnostics, and monitoring using Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure.

- Work with Azure DevOps to support source control, build and release management, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Participate in release planning, deployment activities, production support, and go-live preparation.

- Investigate and resolve complex application, integration, performance, and environment-related issues.

- Work collaboratively with distributed onshore and offshore teams within an Agile/Scrum delivery model.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, technical standards, and reusable solutions.

Required Experience & Technical Expertise :

- 7+ years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.

- Strong hands-on development experience using X++.

- At least 2 years of experience working with modern/current versions of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Strong technical knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, development frameworks, and extensibility.

- Hands-on experience with Chain of Command (CoC), extensions, design patterns, and development best practices.

- Strong understanding of D365 Finance capabilities, particularly : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Accounting.

- Extensive experience developing and customizing forms, tables, classes, data entities, and reports.

- Strong experience with SSRS reporting and enterprise system integrations.

- Practical experience with D365 F&O data migration activities.

- Experience working with Azure, LCS, environment management, diagnostics, and monitoring.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience supporting D365 F&O releases, deployments, production environments, and go-live activities.

- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Desirable Experience :

- Experience working on legacy Dynamics AX/D365 transformation or modernization programs.

- Experience analyzing and improving legacy code.

- Hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization of D365 F&O applications.

- Experience providing technical leadership across complex implementation or transformation programs.

- Experience contributing to technical architecture and solution design decisions.
