Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Senior Developer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow ITOM capabilities within complex enterprise environments. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities :

- Discovery & Inventory : Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery across multi-cloud and on-premise environments; optimize Discovery schedules and customize Probes/Sensors and MID Servers.

- CMDB Governance : Build and enhance CMDB structures, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and class models while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Event Management : Configure and troubleshoot Event Management, Alert Rules, Alert Correlation, and Connector integrations with tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.

- Service Mapping : Implement and manage Service Mapping, including pattern configuration, troubleshooting, and application service definitions.

- Platform Integration : Integrate ITOM components with ITSM, AIOps, and other modules to create a seamless operational flow.

- Analytics & Reporting : Create and configure advanced Dashboards, Health KPIs, and Visibility Analytics.

Required Technical Skills :

- Core ITOM : Expert-level hands-on experience in Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

- Architectural Knowledge : Deep understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model), Data Foundations, and CI relationships.

- Technical Troubleshooting : Proven experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting, Discovery Patterns, and Sensors.

- Scripting : Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

- Monitoring Integrations : Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, etc.).

Qualifications & Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience : 5 to 7 years of dedicated ServiceNow experience (specifically focusing on the ITOM suite).

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- CISDiscovery

- CISEvent Management

- CISService Mapping

- Advanced Tech : Exposure to AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, or custom API integrations.

- Methodology : Familiarity with Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
