Role Overview:

As a Senior ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer, you will serve as a technical authority in architecting and implementing robust risk and compliance frameworks on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with global stakeholders, security teams, and business process owners to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, automated workflows. By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will drive the digital transformation of enterprise risk management, ensuring that our clients maintain a resilient security posture while optimizing operational efficiency across their entire IT landscape. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical configuration and strategic business outcomes, directly influencing how organizations identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop end-to-end IRM/GRC solutions, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management, to streamline governance processes for enterprise clients.

- Configure advanced ServiceNow modules and custom applications to automate control testing and evidence collection, significantly reducing manual effort and compliance overhead.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow IRM with third-party security tools and CMDB data, providing a unified view of the risk landscape for executive leadership.

- Lead technical workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, ensuring that the delivered solutions align with industry best practices and specific regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight during complex implementations, ensuring high-quality code standards and platform performance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, performing root cause analysis to enhance system stability and user experience for global stakeholders.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and developing ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications, with a deep understanding of the platform's data model, business rules, client scripts, and workflow engines.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of managing large-scale implementations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP API integrations, enabling the creation of seamless, high-performance platform extensions.

- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones, maintaining high standards of productivity and collaboration in a distributed team structure.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications in IRM/GRC and Application Development.

- Minimum 8 - 16 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a specific focus on GRC/IRM implementations in enterprise environments.
