Position : Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and platform customization while working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

- Develop and maintain Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management modules.

- Create and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.

- Build risk scoring models, assessments, control objectives, issue management, and remediation workflows.

- Develop integrations with CMDB, ITSM, SecOps, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and external GRC applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Design executive dashboards, Performance Analytics reports, and compliance metrics.

- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching activities, and regression testing.

- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize application performance.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience.

- 4-8+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM (CIS-IRM)

- IT Risk / GRC / Security certifications are an added advantage.
