About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role. You will build and deliver core ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients - writing clean, well-tested code, owning your modules end-to-end, and contributing to design decisions. You'll work closely with the Tech Lead, joining workshops and demos as needed, while staying focused on hands-on delivery.

What You'll Do :

- Design and build ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows across ITSM and at least one of ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development

- Write Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations to a high standard of quality and maintainability

- Own individual modules or workstreams end-to-end, from low-level design through testing and deployment

- Join discovery, design workshops, and demos alongside the Tech Lead to represent technical delivery

- Review peers' code and contribute to team standards for quality, testing, and documentation

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across the ServiceNow instance

What We're Looking For :

- 5 - 7 years overall IT experience, with 3+ years hands-on in ServiceNow

- Must have delivered at least 1 end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementation (discovery through go-live)

- Strong scripting fundamentals: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations

- Working exposure to ITSM (core) and at least one of: ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development

- Comfortable contributing in client workshops and demos, even if not leading them

- Certified: CSA required; CAD and CIS preferred
