Role Overview :

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will serve as a technical architect and lead for our enterprise ITSM ecosystem. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex workflows that streamline IT operations and enhance service delivery for our global stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, business analysts, and executive leadership to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. By driving the evolution of our ServiceNow platform, you will directly impact operational efficiency, reduce service resolution times, and ensure a seamless experience for thousands of end-users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust ITSM modules to automate service management processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.

- Engineer sophisticated solutions using the Business Rules Engine to enforce complex data logic and maintain system integrity across the platform.

- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder to improve user adoption and streamline navigation for internal teams.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, and deployment, to deliver high-impact features that solve critical business bottlenecks.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, security, and performance across all platform customizations.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform optimization, ensuring that the ServiceNow environment remains agile and capable of supporting evolving business demands.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying ServiceNow ITSM solutions, with a deep understanding of the platform's core architecture and its integration capabilities.

- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for server-side and client-side scripting, enabling the creation of custom applications and complex business logic.

- Proven ability to leverage the Business Rules Engine and UI Builder to create highly customized, user-centric service experiences.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of troubleshooting intricate system issues and optimizing performance in a large-scale, enterprise environment.

- Demonstrated success in managing remote workflows, maintaining high levels of productivity, and collaborating effectively within distributed global teams.

- Candidates should possess 9 - 15 years of relevant experience in platform development, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
