What You Will Do:

The Sr. ServiceNow Developer will bring in the deep ServiceNow expertise to design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and others as required.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

- Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.

- Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other Web Services using secured Authentication.

- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes.

- Document Technical customizations, configurations, and processes.

- Stay updated on new ServiceNow technologies and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the platform's capabilities.

- Executing ServiceNow upgrades and service packs, managing system readiness, testing, and controls for new features, enhancements, and fixes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow developer.

- 2+ years experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, Debugging Issues, Root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents.

- Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Business Analysts and RTX internal customers to develop functional specifications.

- Experience in JavaScript, Angular JS and Service Portal widget scripting.

- Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.

- Experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Platform Analytics is a Plus.

- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodologies.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ITIL Foundation certification.

- CIS - ITSM and/or any other products - nice to have.
