Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our high-performing technology team in Bangalore. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions that streamline enterprise workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business analysts, and global clients to translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical designs. By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, ensuring that our platform delivers a seamless, intuitive experience for end-users while directly contributing to the optimization of our organizational service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules to automate manual processes and improve service delivery speed for internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop custom applications and enhance existing features using the ServiceNow Service Portal Framework to provide a modern, user-centric interface that increases platform adoption.

- Architect robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization across the IT landscape.

- Perform complex troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform upgrades to maintain high availability and system stability for global business operations.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering standards, promote best practices, and ensure the long-term maintainability of the platform.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to meet complex enterprise business requirements.

- Proven ability to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using the Service Portal Framework, including deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

- Strong proficiency in designing and managing complex integrations, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between ServiceNow and external enterprise ecosystems.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, effectively managing project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced setting.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
