The Sr. Developer - HRSD serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.

Job Functions :

- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc.

- Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow HRSD and other applications including customers HR system.

- Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.

- Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.

- Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.

- Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, and etc.

- Remain current with industry trends in order to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.

Qualifications Required :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

- At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation.

- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.

- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting.

- Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.

- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.

- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.

- Excellent analytical and time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.

- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.

- Strong project management skills.
