Role Overview :

Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in architecture, SaaS, and configuration.

Requirements :

- 6 to 8 years of technical experience in ServiceNow & Custom / Scoped application development, including ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow Architecture & Modules (ITSM, IT Service Portal, Asset Management, Workplace Service Delivery), databases, Incident management lifecycle, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

- Proficiency in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of UI/UX in ServiceNow.

- Expertise in building service requests forms, task flows, and workflows.

- Lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow portfolio on App Engine.

- Proficiency in configuration/customization, including workflows, alert setups, and role assignments.

- Develop integrations with external systems using ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.

- Act as a technical solution architect for transformation initiatives and drive the Service Desk enablement roadmap.

- Automate rote tasks using scripting tools and standard ServiceNow functionality.

- Manage integration data flow between ServiceNow and third-party systems.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

- Excellent communication skills for discussing technical and functional issues with executives and stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

- ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Architecture, Employee Central, API.

- Knowledge of delivery tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Process Skills :

- Experience in business-aligned IT scenarios.

- Understanding of SDLC models (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

- Knowledge of HR, Finance, and IT business processes is an advantage.

Education :

- Graduate, preferably in Computer Science (MCA/BS/BE) with industry-recognized certifications.
