The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering at least 1 - 2 full ServiceNow projects independently, from requirement gathering to deployment, and can work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

- Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and workflows/flow designer flows.

- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions on the platform.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.

- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.

- Work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of assigned modules/projects end-to-end.

Tech Stack & Skills :

- 5+ years of Architect & 12+ years in ServiceNow development experience.

- Glide APIs, Server-side & Client-side scripting (JavaScript).

- Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.

- Service Portal / Now Experience UI Builder.

- App Engine Studio.

- Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, MID Server.

- ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.

- ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB.

- Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

- Exposure to DevOps practices for ServiceNow (source control, CI/CD for ServiceNow instances).
