Job Title: Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 6+ Years Overall | Minimum 4 Years in ServiceNow App Engine

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications on the ServiceNow App Engine platform; expertise in App Engine Studio, Creator Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine

- Configure and customize forms, tables, UI Builder pages, Workspaces, and user experiences

- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

- Build client-side and server-side solutions (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications)

- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications

- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices

- Mentor junior developers; prepare technical documentation

Required Skills:

- 6+ years overall IT experience; minimum 4 years hands-on ServiceNow App Engine/Creator Workflows

- Strong expertise in App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Certifications:

- ServiceNow CSA, CAD

- Exposure to Now Assist / Agentic AI solutions is a plus
