Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Seismic Subject Matter Expert to join as an individual contributor with deep, hands-on technical expertise in Seismic administration and data integration. It is a senior technical/functional specialist position for someone who wants to remain deeply embedded in the platform architecture, integration code, and complex problem-solving rather than moving into management.

Key Responsibilities:

- As the senior IC owner of the Seismic platform, this person will independently architect and maintain the full integration ecosystem connecting Seismic to CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), data warehouses, and adjacent enablement tools.

- Take ownership from requirements gathering through technical design, build, testing, and production deployment.

- Write, review, and maintain integration code, including API connectors, webhook handlers, and automated data pipelines.

- Carry responsibility for the technical roadmap of the Seismic platform, including evaluating new Seismic features and capabilities (Live Docs, Seismic Meeting Intelligence, AI-driven content tools) and making build-vs-buy and architecture recommendations.

- Serve as the final escalation point for platform and integration issues, conducting deep root-cause analysis on data sync failures, performance degradation, and API errors.

- Own comprehensive technical documentation of the integration architecture, data flows, and disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and architecting Seismic implementations at an enterprise scale.

- 4+ years of demonstrated experience independently designing and building complex API-based integrations (REST/SOAP, webhooks) between Seismic and enterprise Snowflake data platforms.

- Expert-level troubleshooting and debugging skills across the full integration stack.

- Deep knowledge of authentication and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO) and experience managing API rate limits.

- Proven track record of leading technical projects independently from requirements through production deployment.

- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, making sound technical judgment calls.
