We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, Salesforce project environments, and the Manufacturing domain. The role will be responsible for driving Agile delivery across Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, and support initiatives while ensuring effective collaboration between Product Owners, Business Analysts, development teams, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and driving continuous improvement across the Agile delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

- Manage Agile delivery using Jira, including backlog, sprint, velocity, capacity, impediment, and release tracking.

- Work closely with Salesforce development teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

- Coordinate Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, and support projects across the delivery lifecycle.

- Track sprint progress, delivery KPIs, velocity, team capacity, dependencies, risks, and release timelines.

- Identify and remove team impediments and proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Support backlog refinement, estimation, prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning.

- Drive adherence to Agile/Scrum principles, delivery processes, and engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand and incorporate Manufacturing domain processes such as supply chain, production, inventory, order management, and customer operations.

- Work with distributed offshore/onshore and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and predictable delivery.

- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to improve team productivity, delivery quality, and Agile maturity.

- Support escalation management and conflict resolution across teams and stakeholders.

- Ensure effective release coordination and production readiness across Salesforce programs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or project delivery roles.

- Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master managing software development and enterprise technology teams.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, Agile metrics, sprint planning, estimation, backlog management, and release management.

- Hands-on experience with Jira for Agile delivery tracking and reporting.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce project delivery lifecycle, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support.

- Prior experience working in the Manufacturing domain is mandatory.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as supply chain, production, inventory, order management, and customer operations.

- Experience working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.

- Proven experience managing distributed, offshore/onshore, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk and issue management.

- Ability to drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.

- Salesforce certifications or Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe would be an advantage.
