About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to manage Agile development processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coordinate with engineering, product, and QA teams to manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

- Track sprint progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve development blockers.

- Manage Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking, reporting, documentation, and workflow automation.

- Analyze development metrics to improve estimation accuracy, productivity, and delivery efficiency.

- Coordinate customer feedback, bug reports, and enhancement requests with product and engineering teams.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve development workflows.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 6 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or Technical Project Management roles.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the complete SDLC.

- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

- Ability to understand technical discussions involving APIs, databases, integrations, testing, and deployment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools and workflow automation is an advantage.
