Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP WM Consultant based in Mumbai/Thane, you will serve as the primary functional architect for complex warehouse management solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles, translating intricate business requirements into scalable system configurations.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers to ensure seamless SAP integration across the supply chain. By optimizing inventory management and warehouse operations, you will directly influence operational efficiency and drive digital transformation for our clients, ensuring that our SAP HANA and SAP Retail environments deliver maximum business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle SAP implementation projects by mapping business processes to SAP WM and EWM functionalities to ensure robust warehouse operations.

- Execute complex SAP configuration tasks to align system behavior with client-specific logistics requirements, enhancing overall supply chain visibility.

- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

- Manage SAP integration points with modules like SD, MM, and PP to ensure data integrity and seamless process flow across the enterprise.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-go-live support to resolve critical system issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining high service levels for end-users.

- Drive the migration and optimization of warehouse processes within SAP HANA environments to leverage advanced reporting and real-time inventory tracking capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying SAP WM and SAP EWM solutions, with a deep understanding of warehouse automation and inventory control best practices.

- Proven ability to manage SAP Retail implementations, ensuring that system architecture supports high-volume, fast-paced retail distribution models.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective SAP configuration strategies.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead client-facing discussions with confidence.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site client interactions in the Mumbai/Thane region with collaborative remote project management.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact SAP projects within the 8 - 12 years experience bracket.
