Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP TM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Transportation Management solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding their transportation needs, and translating those needs into effective SAP TM configurations and solutions.

You will work closely with project managers, ABAP developers, and other functional consultants to deliver seamless and integrated solutions. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and configuration of SAP TM solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from business users to understand their transportation processes and challenges.

- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations related to SAP TM.

- Configure and customize SAP TM modules, including transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement.

- Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP LE, SAP EWM, and S/4 HANA to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.

- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and end-users on SAP TM functionalities and best practices.

- Manage and resolve issues related to SAP TM implementations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP TM releases and functionalities, and proactively recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrable ability to design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions, showcasing a deep understanding of transportation processes and industry best practices.

- Proven expertise in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules, including SAP LE, SAP EWM, and S/4 HANA, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to SAP TM implementations.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Information Technology.

- Adaptable to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in Bangalore.

- Possess 8- 16 years of experience in SAP TM implementations.
