Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Syniti ADM Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities for SAP transformation initiatives. The consultant will collaborate with SAP functional teams, business SMEs, data owners, and technical teams to deliver accurate, complete, validated, and reconciled data into SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute end-to-end SAP data migration using Syniti ADM/ADMM.

- Configure and manage migration objects, datasets, mappings, transformation rules, validations, and workflows within Syniti.

- Perform source-data profiling and identify data-quality issues, duplicates, inconsistencies, and remediation requirements.

- Develop source-to-target mappings based on business-process and SAP target-system requirements.

- Implement data cleansing, standardization, transformation, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation rules.

- Plan and execute mock migrations, dress rehearsals, cutover loads, and post-load validation.

- Execute SAP data loads using DMC, LTMC, LSMW, and other applicable loading methods.

- Support data extraction, transformation, staging, loading, error handling, and reprocessing activities.

- Analyze SAP ECC and S/4HANA tables, structures, master data, and transactional data.

- Support data migration across process areas such as RTP, OTC, RTR, PTP, MM, and LES.

- Coordinate with SAP functional teams, business SMEs, data owners, and technical teams.

- Prepare reconciliation reports, defect logs, cutover plans, migration status reports, and supporting documentation.

- Troubleshoot migration issues and coordinate the resolution of data and load failures.

- Communicate migration progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to project stakeholders.

- Guide junior consultants and ensure adherence to migration standards, governance, and quality controls.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years of end-to-end data migration experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Syniti ADM/ADMM experience.

- Strong data migration experience across RTP, OTC, RTR, PTP, MM, LES, or related SAP process areas.

- Strong understanding of the complete data migration lifecycle, including profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation.

- Hands-on exposure to SAP loading techniques such as DMC, LTMC, and LSMW.

- Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures and migration processes.

- Functional data knowledge in one or more SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and PM.

- Experience executing mock loads, dress rehearsals, production cutover, and post-migration validation.

- Strong SQL and data-analysis skills for validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

- Ability to convert business and functional requirements into migration rules and technical specifications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, consolidation, carve-out, or transformation programs.

- Experience with additional loading techniques such as BAPIs, IDocs, APIs, and custom load programs.

- Experience loading and governing master data through SAP MDG.

- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data-quality controls, and migration audit requirements.

- Experience working with global business and technical teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
