Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP Signavio Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between business operations and technical process architecture. You will work closely with client stakeholders to map, analyze, and optimize business processes, ensuring that organizational workflows are aligned with SAP S/4 HANA best practices. Your day-to-day involves leading process mining initiatives, designing robust BPMN models, and leveraging SAP BTP to drive operational excellence. By transforming raw process data into actionable insights, you will directly influence the efficiency and digital maturity of our clients' business landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end business process management engagements by utilizing SAP Signavio to document, analyze, and optimize complex workflows for diverse client organizations.

- Execute process mining projects using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to identify bottlenecks, process variations, and opportunities for automation or improvement.

- Design and maintain high-quality BPMN models that serve as the foundation for SAP S/4 HANA implementations and process standardization efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Signavio solutions with SAP BTP, ensuring seamless data flow and process transparency across the enterprise.

- Facilitate workshops with business process owners to capture requirements, validate process documentation, and drive consensus on future-state process designs.

- Provide expert guidance on process governance and change management, ensuring that process improvements are sustainable and measurable against business KPIs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Signavio and BPMN modeling, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, executable process maps.

- Strong proficiency in process mining tools and methodologies, specifically using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to derive data-driven insights.

- Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA business processes and the ability to align process documentation with standard SAP functionality.

- Technical familiarity with SAP BTP and its role in extending and integrating business process management solutions.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical process findings to senior leadership and business users.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed or remote environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple project locations.

- A minimum of 4 to 9 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or business process management roles.
