Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP Signavio Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between business operations and technical architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes, ensuring that organizational workflows are aligned with industry best practices.

By leveraging the SAP Signavio suite, you will provide actionable insights that drive process excellence, reduce operational bottlenecks, and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives for our clients. You will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into scalable process models that enhance overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and document complex business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards to provide clear visibility into organizational operations for client leadership teams.

- Implement and configure SAP Signavio solutions to enable process mining and analysis, allowing clients to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within their existing SAP ERP environments.

- Facilitate workshops with business process owners to gather requirements and validate process models, ensuring that the final documentation accurately reflects the operational reality.

- Analyze process performance data to provide data-driven recommendations that help clients optimize their workflows and achieve cost-reduction targets.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Signavio insights with SAP ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistent process governance across the enterprise.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal best practices for business process management to elevate the quality of our consulting engagements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing SAP Signavio for process modeling, simulation, and process mining within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proficient in applying BPMN 2.0 standards to create comprehensive business process documentation that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong functional understanding of SAP ERP modules and how they integrate with business process management tools to drive operational efficiency.

- Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements, including managing stakeholder expectations and delivering presentations that clearly articulate process improvement strategies.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate raw process data into meaningful business narratives.

- Comfortable working in a remote or distributed environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and communication across geographically dispersed teams.

- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related business discipline, supported by 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
