Job Description :

Must Have : SAP SD/OTC, EDI & Testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP SD/OTC processes including Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Returns, and Output Determination.

- Analyze business requirements, prepare Functional Specifications (FS), and coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for developments and enhancements.

- Design, implement, and support EDI integrations using ANSI X12, EDIFACT, IDoc, and middleware platforms (SAP PO/CPI, Seeburger, Gentran, etc.).

- Perform end to end testing including SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Defect Management for SAP SD/OTC and EDI processes.

- Validate inbound and outbound EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, and 945 and troubleshoot interface issues.

- Coordinate with business users, trading partners, and cross functional teams (MM, WM/EWM, FI, TM) for solution delivery.

- Support data migration, cutover activities, go live, and hypercare phases.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP SD/OTC configuration and support.

- Hands on experience with EDI, IDocs, ALE, and middleware integrations.

- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash processes.

- Expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Test Planning, and Test Execution.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Solution Manager.

- Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, output management, and customer master data.
