Key Responsibilities :

Senior SAP SD Business Analyst :

Ecolab is seeking a Senior SAP SD IT Business Process Analyst to lead the business analysis effort to capture, clarify, and manage business systems requirements. In this role you will work as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, document, and validate requirements to provide the functionality necessary to meet business objectives and Support goals.

What You Will Do :

- Work with SAP SD Support team as a senior member.

- Under general direction, has duty of coordinating, directing, and checking the work of other business systems analysts and the support teams.

- Act as a liaison between business units and development teams; bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations.

- Act as the liaison with the EBS Capability Lead and AMS team members providing updates and seeking approval on work.

- Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.

- Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.

- Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams and the Project teams.

- Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Total Up to 10+ years of SAP SD Module expertise are needed.

- Should have worked in at least One End to End Implementations in SAP SD Area.

- As a Senior SD Consultant, you should have solid expertise working on SAP AMS projects.

- Assisting juniors with technical difficulties.

- Bachelors Degree in IT, or related discipline.

- Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.

- Good hold on OTC process and special process like third party, Consignment processes and so on.

- Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.

- Familiarity managing integrations and IDOCs.

- Experience in handling batch jobs.

- Possess a strong background in managing billing, pricing, accounting, and output-related concerns.

- Should have fair understanding configuring routes, shipping points, TPP, Printer configs, Pricelist, Product hierarchy, MRP Controls etc.

- One should have good exposure in troubleshooting shipment and shipment cost issues.

- Should be well-versed in the process of change management. It is helpful to know about RevTrack (Transport Management).

- Good documentation skills, Team player.

- Must be adaptable enough to work in shifts.

- Cross-module Integrations between CRM and ECC order flow are nice to have, and FI/MM and SD integrations will be even more beneficial.

- Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding organizing abilities.

- Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.

- Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.

- Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge.
