Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP SCM Consultant based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a lead architect and advisor for our clients' supply chain transformation initiatives.

You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical SAP configurations, ensuring that supply chain processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Working closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders, you will drive the implementation of advanced planning solutions, directly influencing the efficiency and responsiveness of our clients' global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end SAP SCM solutions to address complex business challenges in demand planning, supply network planning, and inventory optimization for our enterprise clients.

- Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP IBP and SAP APO modules to ensure seamless integration with existing ERP landscapes and improved forecasting accuracy.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and translate these findings into scalable technical specifications that enhance supply chain visibility.

- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring high user adoption and long-term system sustainability.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning for existing SAP SCM environments to maintain system integrity and operational continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying SAP IBP and SAP APO, with a deep understanding of supply chain planning methodologies and data modeling.

- Proven ability to manage full-cycle SAP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and post-go-live support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment and lead project workstreams with minimal supervision.

- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in SAP SCM consulting, ideally supported by a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
