Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Analyst with strong expertise in FI, CO, and Project Systems (PS). The role involves SAP implementation, enhancements, integrations, and production support across global finance processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, lead functional design, support testing and go-live activities, and ensure stable SAP operations.

Project Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP S/4HANA FI, CO, and PS implementations, enhancements, and upgrades

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and SAP configurations

- Define project scope, objectives, work plans, timelines, and resource requirements

- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with finance and business users

- Create and review functional specifications for configuration, reports, interfaces, security, and data migration

- Coordinate and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

- Manage cutover, go-live, and post-production support

- Work with vendors and third-party systems for SAP integrations

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management methodologies

Support Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 SAP FICO production support

- Analyze and resolve SAP incidents as per SLA and ITIL standards

- Monitor critical finance processes and system performance

- Perform SOX application controls testing

- Support disaster recovery and annual testing activities

- Review and test SAP patches, upgrades, and enhancements
