We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact ERP programs involving Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

This role goes beyond traditional project management and requires strong functional ERP expertise, particularly in manufacturing and finance domains.

The ideal candidate will act as a functional architect and integration leader, responsible for translating plant-level SyteLine processes into SAP Public Cloudcompliant enterprise workflows.

You will bridge the gap between shop-floor operations and corporate finance and compliance teams, ensuring alignment between two fundamentally different ERP philosophies.

This role is critical in driving Two-Tier ERP strategy, ERP migration, and enterprise standardization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycles including implementation, migration, integration, and upgrade initiatives

- Manage large-scale ERP programs using PMI / Agile methodologies, aligned with SAP Activate framework for S/4HANA Public Cloud

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies

- Drive governance through Steering Committee updates, executive dashboards, and milestone reporting

- Coordinate internal IT teams, business users, SAP and Infor partners, and third-party vendors

- Act as the functional translator between SyteLine users and SAP architects by leading detailed process mapping workshops:

- Map SyteLine Customer Order Entry workflows to SAP S/4HANA Sales processes

- Align pricing, order fulfillment, and billing logic

- Translate SyteLine Warehouses and Locations into SAP Plants and Storage Locations

- Reconcile inventory valuation, stock movements, and MRP behavior

- Map SyteLine Job Costing and General Ledger structures to SAP FICO, including :

1. Cost Centers

2. Profit Centers

3. Internal Orders

- Ensure compliance with SAP Public Cloud financial governance and reporting standards

- Perform gap analysis between SyteLine Job-Based Manufacturing and SAP Production Orderbased manufacturing

- Ensure production, costing, and inventory integrity during migration or coexistence

- Define and govern master data migration strategy, including :

1. Item Masters

2. BOMs (Bills of Material)

3. Routings

4. Customers and Vendors

- Ensure adherence to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Fit-to-Standard principles

- Define data ownership, validation rules, and approval workflows

- Oversee Data Migration (ETL) strategy from SyteLine SQL tables into SAP

- Validate data accuracy, reconciliation, and post-migration integrity

- Define and review interface requirements for bi-directional data flows

- Manage integrations using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for Two-Tier ERP scenarios

- Review and approve Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) within Public Cloud constraints

- Serve as the primary liaison between :

1. Shop-floor manufacturing teams accustomed to SyteLine flexibility

2. Corporate finance and compliance teams requiring SAP standardization

- Drive organizational change management and adoption strategy

- Develop training and enablement plans for legacy SyteLine users transitioning to SAP

- Translate SAP Fiori concepts and terminology into business-friendly language

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience

- Minimum 8+ years of ERP Project Management experience

Completed :

- At least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations, or

- 1 major ERP-to-ERP migration program

Infor SyteLine Expertise :

- Deep functional knowledge of Infor SyteLine (v9, v10, CloudSuite Industrial)

- Strong understanding of core SyteLine table structures :

1. Jobs

2. Items

3. Customer Orders (CO)

4. Purchase Orders (PO)

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud :

- Proven experience working in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments

- Strong understanding of :

1. Fit-to-Standard methodology

2. SAP Activate framework

3. Public Cloud limitations and extensibility model
