Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP PLM Consultant with strong expertise in Recipe Development and Specification Management. The ideal candidate will lead SAP PLM implementations and support product lifecycle processes within Pharma, FMCG, Chemical, and Process Manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP PLM implementation projects.

- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.

- Configure and support SAP PLM modules including :

1. Recipe Development (RD)

2. Specification Management (EHS)

3. Bill of Materials (BOM)

4. Document Management System (DMS)

5. Engineering Change Management (ECM)

- Manage product formulations, specifications, and compliance requirements.

- Integrate SAP PLM with SAP PP, MM, QM, and EHS modules.

- Support testing, deployment, go-live, and production support activities.

- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP PLM processes.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of SAP PLM experience.

- Hands-on expertise in Recipe Development (Mandatory).

- Hands-on expertise in Specification Management / EHS (Mandatory).

- Experience with BOM, DMS, and ECM.

- Strong understanding of process industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Chemicals, and Manufacturing.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
