Senior SAP GTS Functional Consultant

Description :

We are looking for a Senior SAP GTS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Global Trade Compliance and Customs Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP GTS implementations, export control processes, and S/4HANA integration, along with a solid background in SAP SD.

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP GTS implementations including Requirement Gathering, Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing (UT/SIT/UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare support.

- Act as a Business Process Consultant for Global Trade Compliance, aligning business policies with SAP GTS capabilities.

- Configure and support SAP GTS Compliance Management including SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, Legal Control, License Determination & Management.

- Manage Customs Management processes such as Import/Export Declarations, Product Classification (HS Code, ECCN), Preference Processing, Duty Calculation, and Compliance Reporting.

- Ensure strong integration between SAP GTS and SAP ECC/S/4HANA including Business Partner, Material Master, Sales Order, Delivery, and Billing document flows.

- Drive outbound export processes, ensuring compliance checks during sales and delivery processing.

- Support classification of materials and customers for accurate compliance and reporting.

- Conduct workshops with Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Sales teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP GTS solutions.

- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and RICEF objects.

- Configure key system elements including Control Settings, Number Ranges, Document Types, Partner Determination, Legal Regulations, and Compliance Rules.

- Manage data migration and master data synchronization between ECC/S/4HANA and GTS systems.

- Support integration testing and compliance scenario validation, and provide post-go-live Hypercare support.

- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and corporate governance policies.

- Collaborate with SAP SD teams for accurate outbound document flow and export compliance checks.

- Maintain documentation including BPD, FDD, configuration documents, and user training materials.

- Support S/4HANA transformation projects involving SAP GTS integration.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP GTS implementations.

- Strong expertise in Export Control processes (SPL Screening, Legal Control, Embargo Checks, License Management).

- Hands-on experience in SAP GTS Compliance & Customs Management including HS Code, ECCN, and Preference Processing.

- Strong integration experience between SAP GTS and SAP ECC/S/4HANA (BP, Material, Sales, Delivery, Billing flows).

- Experience with S/4HANA and SAP GTS integration projects.

- Strong stakeholder management experience, including conducting requirement gathering workshops with Global Trade Compliance teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Education : BE/BTech, MCA, MBA, or equivalent.
