Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP GRC Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security and compliance frameworks within complex SAP landscapes. You will collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business process owners, and external auditors to mitigate risk and ensure seamless system integrity. Your work will directly impact the security posture of our clients, ensuring that their SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments remain resilient against threats while maintaining strict adherence to global regulatory standards and internal governance policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules to automate risk management and ensure segregation of duties across enterprise systems.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Security strategies for S/4 HANA and ECC environments to protect sensitive business data and intellectual property.

- Conduct comprehensive IT compliance audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation plans that align with organizational security policies.

- Manage complex Identity Management (IdM) workflows to streamline user provisioning and de-provisioning processes while maintaining strict access governance.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical configurations within SAP Audit Management tools.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for security-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to critical business operations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing SAP GRC 10.x/12.x and SAP Security across large-scale ECC and S/4 HANA landscapes.

- Proven ability to architect robust Identity Management solutions and manage complex authorization models in heterogeneous IT environments.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret IT compliance mandates and translate them into actionable security controls.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical risk and security strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP GRC and Security domains, preferably within a consulting or large-scale enterprise environment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model based in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional certifications in SAP Security or Information Security.
