Job Description :

Aray Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP FSCM Consultant to join our growing team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering SAP FSCM solutions to our clients, ensuring successful implementations and providing expert guidance on best practices. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure SAP FSCM modules, and provide ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP FSCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Treasury and Risk Management, Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.

- Design, configure, and customize SAP FSCM modules to meet client-specific needs.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

- Provide expert advice and guidance on SAP FSCM best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FSCM.

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FSCM with other SAP modules.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FSCM releases and technologies.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 12-15 years of experience in SAP FSCM implementation and support.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FSCM modules, including Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Credit Management (CM), Collections Management (CM), and Dispute Management (DM).

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

- Experience with integration of SAP FSCM with other SAP modules, such as FI, SD, and MM.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- SAP certification in FSCM is a plus.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
