Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP FSCM Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex financial business requirements and robust technical solutions within the SAP HANA ecosystem. You will engage directly with cross-functional stakeholders and global clients to design, configure, and optimize Financial Supply Chain Management processes, ensuring seamless integration across the SAP landscape.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of credit management, collections, and dispute resolution workflows, ultimately driving improved liquidity and financial transparency for our enterprise clients. This role demands a blend of deep functional expertise and strategic problem-solving to deliver high-impact financial outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure SAP FSCM modules, including Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management, to streamline financial operations for diverse business units.

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects by translating complex business needs into scalable SAP solutions that enhance cash flow and reduce DSO.

- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration between SAP FSCM and other SAP modules like FI/CO, SD, and TRM to ensure data integrity and process continuity.

- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for existing SAP HANA environments to minimize downtime and optimize system performance for end-users.

- Conduct comprehensive workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure successful user adoption and long-term operational excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying SAP FSCM modules within an SAP HANA environment, with a strong grasp of financial accounting principles.

- Proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to final go-live and post-implementation support.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to articulate technical financial solutions to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative improvements that drive measurable business value.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid or distributed work environment across locations including Coimbatore, Kolkata, Cochin, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai, maintaining high standards of delivery and collaboration.

- A solid educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a track record of professional growth within the SAP consulting domain.
