Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP FSCM Consultant, you will serve as a primary subject matter expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing financial supply chain processes within complex SAP environments. You will work closely with cross-project teams and client stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into seamless technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the financial health and liquidity management of our clients, ensuring that their credit, collection, and dispute management workflows are fully integrated, automated, and aligned with modern S/4 HANA standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end SAP FSCM solutions, including Credit Management, Collection Management, Dispute Management, and Biller Direct, to enhance client cash flow efficiency.

- Lead the migration and transformation of legacy SAP ECC financial processes to S/4 HANA, ensuring data integrity and minimal operational disruption.

- Configure complex integration scenarios between SAP FSCM and other core FI/CO modules to provide a unified view of financial operations.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gap assessments to provide tailored recommendations that improve financial reporting and risk mitigation for stakeholders.

- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and blueprinting to post-go-live support and user training, ensuring high levels of system adoption.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and troubleshooting SAP FSCM modules, with a deep understanding of SAP FI integration points.

- Proven ability to lead complex S/4 HANA implementations, showcasing a strong grasp of modern financial architecture and cloud-ready SAP environments.

- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues and provide scalable, long-term technical resolutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to articulate technical financial concepts to non-technical business leaders.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across multiple time zones.

- Possession of 5 - 15 years of relevant professional experience in SAP consulting, with a track record of delivering successful enterprise-level financial projects.
