The SAP FICO Lead will play a critical role in the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of the SAP FICO modules. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of the SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)).

- Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP FICO projects, including business blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand business needs and financial reporting requirements.

- Manage, Train, and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues related to system performance, data accuracy, and business functionality.

- Conduct SAP FICO system testing, including UAT and data migration.

- Maintain awareness of emerging SAP FICO trends, new functionalities, and SAP S/4HANA advancements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and SOX standards in SAP FICO processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

- Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).

- Strong SAP FICO configuration skills and experience with integration between SAP FICO and other modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills related to SAP FICO issues.

- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP FICO Certification (SAP Certified Application Associate or similar).

- Experience in financial system integration and process automation.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

- Familiarity with industry-specific financial processes (e.g., manufacturing, retail, energy).
