Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP Finance & Control Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex business financial requirements and robust technical solutions within the S/4 HANA ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects and provide high-level support, working closely with global stakeholders, finance leadership, and cross-functional technical teams to streamline enterprise financial processes. Your work directly influences the accuracy of financial reporting, the efficiency of cost management, and the overall digital transformation journey of our clients, ensuring that business outcomes are aligned with scalable, future-ready SAP architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect comprehensive SAP FICO solutions that address complex business challenges, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules to maintain data integrity across the enterprise.

- Lead the configuration and optimization of SAP CO and COPA modules to provide stakeholders with granular visibility into profitability analysis and cost-center accounting.

- Manage full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations, from initial blueprinting and gap analysis to final deployment and post-go-live hyper-care support, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and timeline.

- Facilitate workshops with business process owners to translate financial requirements into functional specifications, driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for critical support issues, minimizing system downtime and ensuring continuous financial operations for global clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP FICO and COPA, with a deep understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and profitability analysis within the S/4 HANA environment.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP implementations, showcasing strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems and design scalable system architectures.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical financial concepts to non-technical leadership and influence decision-making.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in diverse, multi-location team environments, with the flexibility to work effectively in remote, hybrid, or on-site setups as per project requirements.

- A strong academic background, preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a professional certification in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
