Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with strong domain expertise in finance, accounting, and costing, preferably within manufacturing environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience across core FICO areas including GL, AR, AP, asset accounting, and integrations with modules like MM, SD, and PS, along with TRM module with exposure to interfaces such as Banking, Salesforce, or similar applications. The role requires involvement in full lifecycle implementations and production support for global clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Must Have Skills :

- In depth domain & business process experience in finance/accounts/audit/costing preferably in manufacturing organizations (at least 3 years).

- GL, AR, AP, Banking, Asset Accounting (including CAPEX with Budgeting), Tax Accounting, Credit management & Integration with MM, SD and PS modules.

- SAP TRM module.

- Working knowledge on Standard Costing, Account Based CO-PA and Allocation Cycles.

- Worked on at least any 3 of interface with Banks, Salesforce, Ariba or Coupa, Vertex, Concur, EDW or similar such applications.

- At least 1 full life cycle implementations / Rollouts + at least one Prod support experience in FICO with a global client.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from initial blueprinting and configuration to final deployment, to ensure high-quality delivery for our enterprise clients.


- Design and configure complex SAP FI and CO modules, aligning system functionality with specific business workflows to improve financial reporting accuracy and operational transparency.


- Execute advanced SAP TRM configurations to streamline treasury management processes, enabling clients to better manage liquidity, risk, and financial investments.


- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom RICEFW objects, ensuring that all developments meet business requirements while maintaining system stability and performance.


- Provide expert-level post-implementation support and troubleshooting, resolving critical system issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous business operations.


- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders, fostering a deeper understanding of system capabilities and promoting best practices in financial management.
