Role Overview:

As an SAP FICO Senior Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP FICO solutions for our diverse clientele. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translating those needs into effective SAP FICO configurations, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

You will work alongside project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and maximize the value of our clients' SAP investments. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making capabilities of our clients, driving significant improvements in their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with client business processes and industry best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.

- Conduct thorough business process analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend tailored SAP FICO solutions.

- Manage the implementation of SAP FICO functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and ensure data accuracy, minimizing risks and ensuring successful go-live.

- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, resolving complex problems and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Create and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP FICO functionalities, maximizing user adoption and system effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials, ensuring knowledge transfer and system maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development, showcasing our expertise and securing new business opportunities.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies, including S/4HANA, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions, optimizing system performance and data integrity.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices, enabling effective configuration and support of SAP FICO functionalities.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including implementation and migration projects, showcasing adaptability to new technologies.

- Proficiency in data migration and conversion using tools like CSV, ensuring seamless transition of data from legacy systems to SAP.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex SAP FICO issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; SAP FICO certification is highly preferred.

- Adaptable to work in a dynamic environment, with the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
