Summary of the Overall Job :
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) Senior Analyst with one of our leading Japanese Manufacturing clients at Gurgaon. The candidate should have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP RAR solutions in compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606. This role requires deep expertise in RAR integrations with FI, and SD, modules, and a solid understanding of order-to-cash and revenue recognition processes in S/4 HANA environment. S/He will collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, external project consultants and COE team members to design, build, test, and deploy solutions in SAP S4 HANA within FI and CO modules. This role will also have a key responsibility in providing the support for day-to-day support operations, month-end, and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have good listening skills, pro-active, team player and have the ability work with cross-functional teams and the business stakeholders.

Key Functions / Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP RAR and SAP S/4 HANA Finance capabilities - covering solution design, configuration, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - ensuring compliance with IFRS 15, ASC 606, and IFRS 16.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP COE leadership, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to define and model revenue accounting processes using the SAP RAR five-step model, aligning with global template solutions and industry best practices.
- Integrate RAR with SAP FI, and SD modules; provide expertise across order-to-cash, SD/FICO, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger processes, including account determination for order-to-cash and source-to-procure integration.
- Perform FIT/GAP analysis, develop functional specifications for RICEFW, and maintain configuration documentation; utilize the BRF+ framework for business rules and logic within RAR where applicable.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and drive functional integration of all E2E processes in SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring proper design, development, testing, and regression validation in collaboration with other process teams.
- Conduct workshops, lead design sessions, and deliver presentations to management and stakeholders; develop user documentation in collaboration with business teams and external consultants.
- Support month-end and year-end activities, monitor and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, and assist with Maintenance Patches, Version Upgrades, and new bolt-on application integrations as needed.
- Assist with enterprise application risk assessments and collaborate with project teams on application security configuration; provide functional advisory support for ad hoc SAP and non-SAP initiatives across subsidiaries to support managerial decision-making.
People Management & Development :
- Co-ordinate with the cross-functional and technical teams and Deliver the Change requests on time.
- Co-ordinate with TAH SAP COE Team.
- Keep up to date with the certifications and the relevant technology.
Education and Experience :
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with Process Design, Deployment and/or support experience utilizing and configuring the SAP FI module with a heavy focus in RAR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR, with strong knowledge of design and configuration.
- Experience with BCM (Business Communication Management) and BRF (Business Rules Framework) required.
- Experience in Medical Device / Life Sciences Industry preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) :
- Certification in S/4 HANA
- Solid understanding of Order-to-cash business process and source-to-pay process and the integration with FI/CO.
- Good understanding of SAP FI processes, Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, US GAAP, IFRS
- Knowledge of Asset accounting and Project systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on projects with cross functional teams, external resources, and PMO.
- Manage business users independently, be self-motivated, proactive and a team member.
- Ability to embrace new technologies and adopt to an evolving environment.
- Ability to adopt flexible schedule to meet multiple time-zones for meetings with peers and stakeholders.
