Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP FI Consultant specializing in Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Customer Tax Architecture, and SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration to lead financial design and transformation programs. In this role, you will be the functional authority responsible for architecting, configuring, deploying, and optimizing global AR workflows, automated cash processing, billing tax determination, and S/4HANA Universal Journal accounting structures.

Key Responsibilities :

- FI-AR & Customer Accounting Architecture : Design and configure core SAP FI-AR capabilities, including Business Partner (BP) customer master data, account groups, posting controls, payment terms, dunning strategies, incoming payments, partial/residual clearing, write-offs, dispute management, and collections.

- SD Billing & O2C Integration : Map and govern seamless end-to-end integration across Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and FI-AR revenue settlement. Ensure accurate account determination, document splitting, validations, substitutions, and foreign currency handling.

- Tax Determination & Compliance Configuration : Architect complex input/output tax procedures, tax codes, condition records, jurisdiction/region-based tax determination, tax GL account determination, withholding taxes, reverse-charge mechanisms, and external tax engine integration touchpoints.

- Cash Application & Banking Automation : Configure and optimize Lockbox processing, Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), automated cash application routines, and bank reconciliation frameworks.

- S/4HANA Process Modernization : Implement modern S/4HANA functionalities, leveraging the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), SAP Fiori AR applications, and real-time financial reporting analytics.

- RICEFW & Interface Design : Collaborate with ABAP developers and integration teams to author functional design specifications for enhancements, invoice forms, custom reports, workflows, APIs, IDocs, and EDI outputs.

- Delivery Leadership & Mentorship : Act as the primary functional bridge between business finance/tax teams and technical groups. Provide structured estimates, lead cutover/testing phases, and mentor junior SAP functional consultants.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Required Technical DNA : Core SAP FI-AR Mastery (8+ years), O2C & Tax Integration, Implementation Track Record (2+ full-lifecycle projects), S/4HANA Foundations, and 10+ years of total enterprise IT experience.

- Preferred Qualifications : Formal SAP certifications, experience with external tax engines (Vertex, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Avalara), and Agile/Scrum framework experience.
